We will call these references as part of the adoption process.

By submitting this application, you agree to cooperate with the Small Breed Rescue adoption process. You acknowledge and agree that at any point in the process, we may decide that you are not a good match for the dog you are applying for and that no reason will be given. Often we have more than one highly qualified family willing to adopt the same dog. We love to adopt our dogs to new homes, but it is our responsibility alone to decide who will adopt them. Thank you for being willing to give a home to a rescued dog.
